Freebies Abiword 2.4.6 - a great free word processor; less than 6 MB download, includes Microsoft Word compatibility and a spell checker. Great for an older computer that you don't want to buy Office for. Also, will work on any version of Windows since 95, and has minimal system requirements compared to Word or Office. CT Cookie Spy - a small tool to remove the cookies you want, but leave ones you want. This is handy to leave cookies so sites like Yahoo Mail and the Washington Post remember you, but erase cookies you don't need or know what they are. The CD will boot up into Linux so you can try it out without installing anything. A CD like this can be handy to get use out of a "dead" computer, with a corrupted or erased copy of Windows.
