Used computers - These stores usually have computers as low as around $100 (no monitor). The in store selection is often a lot better than the equipment featured on the web site.

 Food Co-ops:

Food co-ops are run as non-profit businesses. They are there to serve the community. You can generally either join the co-op and save more, or just shop without being a member and still get good prices. Food co-ops usually have a good bulk food section, which is a good way to save money.
