foods you may want to always avoid

After having reactions to these foods, I avoid them. The problem seems to be hidden flavor enhnacers. These can make some people very sick.

Manufactures may try to deceive consumers by using ingredients like yeast extract and "natural flavor". What IS natural flavor... what are companies trying to hide? These have no place in expensive, organic, health food brands.

Imagine a small child eating foods that make her sick and not understanding that it has any thing to do with the food. If companies want to use flavor enhancers, they would clearly label the package "flavor enhancers used in his product". The fact that they don't is unconscionable.

Also, be aware that manufacturers will change ingredients. A product you used to think is safe might make you ill now.
