Raw Avocado Zucchini Soup Recipe

To make this a raw food recipe, try not to heat the soup over 118 degrees. I bring a cup of water to a boil, then mix in a little over 2 cups of room temperature water. Once your water is ready, add 3 cloves of fresh garlic, run through a garlic press. Add a good quality salt to taste. Add freshly ground black pepper if you like. You can also add a little olive oil to make it tastier.

Then add in the following, diced up to nice spoon sized pieces:

1 small avocado

1 zucchini

1/2 cup mung bean sprouts


It won't stay warm too long, so reheat it a little if necessary to keep it warm.
